This is one of my favorite projects.  A few years back I spent the good part of a day with Dave and Jock and was thrilled to tell their story for The Idaho Commission On The Arts.  I was thrilled to get a call asking me to shave 30 seconds off the film so it could air as part of a series of shorts on Idaho Public Television.  Revisiting the footage was fun and I was reminded of how much I loved this two guys and the access they allowed me..

A slug seemed like the perfect subject to test this new manual focus macro lens.  a slow moving subject was ideal for getting to know this lens  with such shallow  depth of field.
