The Idaho Mexican Music Project:
The Idaho Mexican Music Project is a captivating series of 18 short films produced by the Idaho Commission on the Arts, aimed at preserving and highlighting the rich cultural landscape of southern Idaho. Captured by Boise State University students, under the direction of Idaho State Folklorist, Steven Hatcher, the project documents the vibrant Mexican musical traditions of the Snake River Plain, showcasing the dedication of two field workers from BSU.
